What changed for Drukhari in 11th edition
11th edition leaned in the Drukhari's favour: across the sheets that were re-priced, more came down than went up, and nothing was added or taken away. If you played the dark kin in 10th, your collection plays exactly the same; the raiding force got a little cheaper to muster on more sheets than not. On balance Commorragh came out of the transition ahead.
Summary
- 21 units repriced, 2 new, 14 unchanged
- Biggest drop: Death Jester (-25)
- Biggest rise: Reavers (+5)
- Detachment Points: 2 / 3 / 3 at Incursion / Strike Force / Onslaught
Detachments
Nothing changed on the Drukhari detachment sheet itself. Every option you ran in 10th is still there and none was added, so the one thing to learn is the price tag. A detachment now costs Detachment Points out of the army total, and the size of the game sets the fee: Incursion costs 2, Strike Force 3, Onslaught 4. Whichever detachment you take, the number is the same, so it is a line at the top of the list rather than a factor in the choice.
New in 11th: Kabalite Agonysts, Tools of Torment, Exhibition of Slaughter. None removed.

Points changes
A modest net cut: of the units that moved, ten came down against six that rose, while the rest of the roster held steady. The savings spread across the raiding core. Scourges with Heavy Weapons dropped 20 (130 to 110) and the Haemonculus shed 10, while the increases are small and land on fast jetbike and skimmer units. Several units are priced per squad size, so tally the size you field.

Frequently asked questions
Did the Drukhari get better in 11th edition?
On points, yes. Ten sheets down against six up is a cheaper army for most builds, and the increases sit on the fast jetbikes and skimmers rather than on the core raiders. A list built on infantry and covens therefore gains more than one built on jetbikes. Whether that becomes more wins is a meta question; on paper the dark kin came out cheaper.
What got cheaper for the Drukhari in 11th edition?
Scourges with Heavy Weapons came down 20 and the Haemonculus dropped 10, and eight more sheets fell by smaller amounts. With ten sheets falling against only six rising, most of Commorragh either held its price or improved, whether you build around Kabalite firepower, Wych cults or Haemonculus covens.
How do Detachment Points work for the Drukhari in 11th edition?
The fee is deducted before you spend on units and grows with the game, from 2 in the smallest format to 4 in the largest. The 20 points saved on a single Scourges squad covers it at any size, so for the Drukhari it is bookkeeping rather than a squeeze.
Is now a good time to start a Drukhari army?
A good one. The raiding core is a little cheaper, the range is stable with nothing cut, and the fast, glass-cannon playstyle is as distinctive as ever. Scourges tend to be an early purchase and they are 20 cheaper than they were. The Starting a Drukhari Army guide has a sensible buying order.
